September 17-19, 2010 "Ayurvedic Postpartum Home Spa Care HANDS ON. 18 hours CEUs available for massage therapists. Students will includes detailed notes and written test. Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage, Albuquerque. Maximum class size 14. Call 505-872-2030 to Register by 9/10; $350.
LIST OF COURSES
PART 1
Part 1 - AyurDoula Foundational Theory and Skills intensivecovers the following units over 4.5 days:
- Foundations of Postpartum Care and Cooking (20 hours. Theory and in kitchen class time and being personally nourished for breakfast and lunch give needed experience)
- Basic Postpartum Herbals (5 hours)
- Ayurvedic Infant massage (5 hours)
- Perinatal Uses of Essential Oils (4 hours)
PART 2 -
Part 2 - AyurDoula Advanced Theory, Skills and Practice intensive covers the following units over 4.5 days:
- Postpartum Home Spa Care (18 hours)
- Ayurvedic Postpartum Consulting (10 hours)
- Protocols and Promoting our Practice (5 hours)

- POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE TRAINING
This is on your own and own time with one of the national certifying organizations. Certification is not required, only proof of attendance. - WOMEN'S HEALTH CARE AND AYURVEDA
