Most of our self-guided online courses are designed for Ayurvedic Practitioners, Healthcare professionals, and Birthworkers or Postpartum Doulas who want to learn about the Ayurvedic approach to postpartum or perinatal care. Students with a working knowledge of Ayurveda will gain the most from these courses, but we offer basic instruction in Ayurvedic principles in all of our courses for those who are new to the field of Ayurveda.
But…just so you know…A number of our students are grandmas and moms with babies on the way, so don’t be shy about jumping in if you are just plain interested!!!

Professional AyuDoula and Ayurvedic Postpartum Care Diploma Courses
We no longer host Professional courses via this website, but our former Mentors and Faculty have started The Center for Sacred Window Studies to do this! They offer the following in their cohort or independent learning courses on Ayurvedic Postpartum Caregiving:
